The Bayshore Gardens Development in Vancouver is located in the waterfront neighbourhood next to the Westin Bayshore Hotel. The project includes numerous residential towers, public plazas, walkways and garden areas.
Building C, completed in 2002, is raised on piloti to allow unobstructed views towards the water and marina.
Building G is a fan shaped plan with extended unobstructed views, and a row of townhomes completed in 2003. Building I and J are located at the entrance to the development and are comprised of market and non-market residential units (Performing Arts Lodge), childcare facilities and retail spaces.
