The main idea of this project, is increase the identity and conviviality of the downton neighborhoods, creating more living areas to promote the culture and diversity, offering a multicultural activities for the pedestrians.
Create and improve the walking zones & bicycles in a convivial way, where the pedestrian feel free an safe on the comercial zones in order to increase the sales of the different goods, like illumination stores, electrical equipments and supplies.
The intervention on the "San Juan handy-crafts market", is the outdoor cinema proposal, equiped with one multi purpose stage, offering divers types of cultural activities, like music performance, "folklore dance", stroytellers and movies projection.
On the chinese downtown, the goal is emphasize the entrance with the pagoda's, on the sidewalk the chinese zodiac signs are visible, the lanterns and the bonsai's trees are remarkable to remind the visitor all the chinese culture influences.
The green wall, provides a relaxing area of meditation and contemplation following the principle of balance, the multistage provides on the zone a unique space for the celebration year after year of the “chinese new year” .
