The project includes full architectural and interior design services for renovation and adaptive reuse of the ground floor and part of the basement of an existing 6-storey building into a banking centre. The project provides new functional organization, complete transformation of the ground floor exterior, design of a new entrance located at the composition axis of the existing building, as well as structural reinforcement of existing bearing walls.
