Through its visionary leaders, Balanga is gearing towards a progressive direction leading to a participative governance, sustainable development, and family-oriented and educational environment - an inclusive and people-oriented governance that calls for a new civic center that reflects and caters to its ideals and visions.
Inclusive, accessible, and welcoming – the new city hall park, with a plot area of 11,856 sqm., integrates public space with the government offices to empower the people by bringing them into the institution. Also, it implies a government that encourages public participation and transparency. In addition, such configuration introduces a park environment to the people that can be a catalyst towards the development of a vibrant public life within the community.
