Project b75 features two semi-detached units, boasts over 2800 ft2 of developed area, and combines unique materiality [brick, cedar, stucco] with considered modern design and open concept spaces. The two staggered units each have their own depth and individuality and possess the exceptional quality of fusing into the streetscape while maintaining a truly distinctive appearance.
