The Ayeme project involved the development of a manufacturing facility, aiming to combine a modern architectural language with the fluid and natural form of the site’s terrain. The composition is expressed over three floors, enhancing direct contact with the outdoors.
The project concept is organized into three main areas: a design and development area dedicated to the creation of new products, an office area designed to provide a functional and bright workspace, and a showroom area conceived as a space for exhibition and brand communication.
The orientation of the building was strategically defined so that the showroom would be visible from the main road, capturing the curiosity and interest of passersby, and reinforcing Ayeme’s institutional presence in the area.
Metal beams were used as structural elements, and along the façade these were clad with continuous metal sheeting installed horizontally, a choice intended to highlight the main volume. This cladding contrasts with the transparent plane created in the showroom area, emphasising the displays curated by the company.
