Axess Condominiums
Axess Condominiums is a groundbreaking residential community that redefines inclusive and accessible living. Designed with accessibility and belonging at its core, the design integrates a wide range of supportive programs and barrier-free features that set a new benchmark for condominium design in Ontario.
At the podium level, the design incorporates an Enhanced Day Program that provides day-to-day support for families and young adults with cognitive disabilities. Every suite in the development meets the barrier-free requirements of the Ontario Building Code. Additionally, 15% of suites are elevated to a new Axess-Plus standard, offering enhanced accessibility features beyond code provisions in place at time of design.
The development comprises two 22-storey residential towers totalling 355,000 square feet. The design includes areas of refuge on every floor and a suite of community-oriented amenities such as a teaching café, sensory garden and service-animal area, creating a welcoming and fully accessible environment for all residents.
