The Avimor community on Highway 55 north of Eagle plans for approximately 684 homes on 830 acres. The master plan includes mixed-use commercial, recreation, residential, and community services. The 12,000 SF Community Center/Recreation Building is the first non-residential structure.

CSHQA worked with the developer to plan a formal entry sequence including stone pillars with capstones. The Club house entry creates a grand corner with a floating lantern roof structure to mirror the pillars and establish the building as the centerpiece of the future commercial district. Glass, stone, wood and metal are combined for a modern, contemporary look from all vantage points.

Large, glass roll-up doors surround the indoor pool allowing indoor/outdoor spaces in warm seasons. Elegant interior finishes compliment the views from meeting and lobby spaces.
