In 2022, this hotel project was completed in the picturesque village of Teghut, Armenia. This project, designed to blend harmoniously with its natural surroundings, consists of three main two-story buildings, and it offers a tranquil retreat for guests.

Location:
The hotel is situated on the banks of a small mountain river, providing guests with captivating views of the flowing water and the lush forest environment that envelops the property. Dilijan's forested landscape and cool climate make it an ideal location for such a tranquil and refreshing getaway.

Architecture and Design:
The three main buildings of the hotel are designed to reflect a modern yet natural aesthetic. We have chosen to use a combination of materials that seamlessly blend with the environment. The primary materials used in the construction are brick, glass, basalt, and painted metal. The brick and basalt elements provide a sense of solidity and stability, while the glass and metal accents add a contemporary and sleek touch to the design.

Amenities:
One of the standout features of this hotel is the heated pool. The pool area is beautifully landscaped, and it allows guests to enjoy a refreshing swim regardless of the weather. There are also relaxation areas with comfortable loungers.

Environmental Considerations:
The design of the hotel prioritizes sustainability and environmental harmony. The use of local materials not only adds to the aesthetic appeal but also reduces the carbon footprint associated with construction.
