The project consists of a central core and two attached volumes. The core contains the main unit, while a wrapping envelope around the core—at both the upper and lower levels—encloses the attached units. In this configuration, the lower volume is more introverted and maintains a direct relationship with the villa’s courtyard, whereas the upper attached volume is more extroverted and interacts with the project’s roof. Accordingly, the attached units, which are designated for the family’s children, can function alongside the main unit and, depending on the residents’ needs, host a variety of activities, whether private or public.
