Urban design proposal
Team collaboration for redeveloping the Circle of Interchange/ Burnham Centennial Plan. The proj- ect was focused on finding ways to leverage the urbanistic potential of Chicago’s ascendance to the center of international attention. The site is on cardinal axes of Burnham’s 1909 plan. The program addresses the sites economic growth
potential. The total FAR10 is divided into three construction phases that include:
remodeling of existing building, new civic center-FAT 24/7 building, recreational parks and high-rise tower.
