Aquamarine
Aquamarine is a weekend retreat development proposed for the São Paulo State Southern coast, about an hour’s drive from the São Paulo metropolitan area.
There are 34 single family homes positioned along spaced intervals. Privacy is secured through landscaping and topographic variation, enhancing sight lines to the natural visual components of the beach and ocean.
