Full refurbishment of the apartment and associated studio flat at one of the most prestigious addresses in London. It was commissioned by the client to design an apartment for the family as well as a separate studio flat on the floor below for their teenage child. AR Architecture managed to achieve seamless flow from the kitchen to the dining room and to the living area where a family can spend time together and enjoy tranquil views over the garden.
Completed design benefits of the master suite, two double bedrooms, and the utility area. As for the studio, it was designed to be self-contained with its own bathroom and kitchenette in order to accommodate growing teenager and provide a personal space.
