The interiors of the flat are designed for a young married couple.
No significant changes were planned in the layout of the flat. In the process of work it was decided to combine the living room area with the corridor and hallway, so we got a single, flowing common space. Also with the help of this technique we were able to allocate a separate place for storing the owner's library without cluttering the space of the bright living room.
The set of the resulting rooms is quite standard: living room space flowing into the hallway and corridor, loggia, kitchen, master bedroom with a nearby bathroom, we also managed to allocate a separate dressing room and the remaining small room was decided to make universal (guest bathroom combined with a laundry room).
We took into account all the owners' hobbies, their extensive book library, passion for music, travelling and foreign culture.
As we have already said, the customer is fond of music, so we have allocated a separate place for a vinyl player with a library of records, as well as laid hidden wiring for acoustics in the flat.
The work on the project and its realisation was carried out quite calmly, the customer trusted our taste and there were practically no adjustments.
Freestanding furniture and kitchen set were brought from Italy, and all kinds of wall and ceiling panels, wall cabinets, drawers, built-in bookcases, wardrobe systems, cabinets, furniture in the bathroom and in the guest bathroom, a suspended work table with rails and even a dining table with chairs were made to our drawings to order in the carpentry workshop.
The project uses calm and laconic colour tones.
Depending on the specifics of a particular room of the flat, different lighting scenarios are applied. The main scenario is general fill light and the secondary scenario is decorative light. Special attention was also paid to the functional aspects in each room.
The implementation of the project took about a year, step by step we ordered finishing materials, doors, lighting, then the turn came to freestanding furniture and custom-made furniture, ordered all kinds of appliances, sockets and switches, sanitary ware, ordered curtains, bedroom textiles and finally brought decor with accessories.
At the end of the renovation works we also separately selected towels, shower gels, shampoos and even toothbrushes, as these are also an integral part of the finished interior.
The main task for us was to create a comfortable and modern interior with elements of minimalism, corresponding to the taste preferences and wishes of the owners.
