Conversion of a roof-top apartment in a listed residential building from 1877 – Wiesbaden, Germany.
The aim was to transform the existing dwelling, which was divided into small sections through many rebuildings and installations into an open, generously laid out and bright apartment.
By removing various walls, stairs and installations an extensive space of 210 sqm was generated.
In order to maximize the light and brightness in the apartment all the walls, ceilings and the floor were painted in white. Merely the children‘s rooms are held in green and pink.
