The site is located in Kalamaria, Thessaloniki. It's a five storied building with five apartments of 80 sq m each. The ground level is a piloti for parking area, whereas the underground level contains the storage facilities. The architectural synthesis is based on horizontal volumes and planes floating on the main body of the structure, forming balconies and exterior sitting areas. The interior design is similar organized in zones, with living rooms and dining rooms in the first zone, kitchens and bathrooms afterwards and finally the bedrooms.
