Apartment Building In Karatza St. Kalamaria
Thessaloniki, Greece
The site is located in Kalamaria of Thessaloniki. It is a six story building with eight apartments, four of which are of 60 sq m, while the others are of 125 sq m each. The ground level is a pilotis for parking area, as well as the underground level. The architectural synthesis is based on clear volumes that wrap around the building to create the elevations, balconies and external sitting spaces. The interior organization depends on the square meters of the apartment.
