The site lies in Martinego area of Herakleion, one of the most historic sites of the city. The six-storey mixed-use building is 18m high and consists of four apartments, one maisonette and a medical clinic organised on four floors. The objective was on the hand the differentiation of the medical clinic, with a separate entrance from the apartments and on the other a unifying façade and design. The client also wanted us to take over the interior design of the maisonette and its terrace.
