Considering that only 55% of the land area was permitted for construction, we adhered to this constraint by attaching the building to the adjacent property on the western side. This approach ensured that residents could enjoy views of the Dohezar forests and the sea, while preserving the views from the north, south, and east.
Additionally, in the design, boxes protrude from the eastern side of the building to optimize the view of the Dohezar forests.
The floor plans consist of 4 typical floors, with floors 5, 6, and 7 featuring 70cm cantilevers from the floor below, some of which are designed as balconies.
The building contains units ranging in size from 85 to 500 square meters.
The facade materials used are cement and brick.
