COOOP proudly presents the Al Khoud School, a beacon of educational excellence nestled in the heart of Al Khoud, Oman. Commissioned by Al-Omaniya Education Services and in collaboration with ACG - Abu Dhabi, this prestigious project is a testament to our commitment to fostering innovative learning environments. With a total project cost of AED 54.6 million, the Al Khoud School has been meticulously planned and executed in three phases, each catering to specific educational needs.
Phase one features a state-of-the-art day-care centre, designed to provide a nurturing environment for the youngest learners. Phase two encompasses the lower and upper junior administrative areas, fostering growth and development for primary and middle school students. Finally, phase three introduces the senior school and sixth form, equipped with advanced facilities to prepare students for higher education and beyond.
Our comprehensive services included structural and MEP design, ensuring the safety, stability, and functionality of the school's infrastructure. Additionally, we implemented fire and safety systems, as well as IT and telecommunications systems, to create a secure and technologically advanced learning environment. Our team also facilitated the municipality and authorities' technical submissions and obtained necessary approvals, streamlining the project's regulatory process.
In designing the Al Khoud School, we prioritized creating spaces that inspire creativity, collaboration, and curiosity among students and faculty. Thoughtful consideration was given to the layout, lighting, and aesthetics to promote positive behaviour and academic engagement. The result is a modern educational facility that not only meets the highest standards of functionality and safety but also fosters a culture of excellence and lifelong learning.
