Mini penthouse apartment in "Aura Holon"
The project was part of a "contractor change" characterized by the constraint on the part of the contractor and the developer who sought to adapt the apartment to its lifestyle and style.
The mission was to transform a dense 5-room apartment with a small and less functional public space into a spacious 4-room apartment that includes a master suite with a private bathroom + a two-bedroom dressing room for girls with a shared bathroom.
In the design of the apartment, we located the public space in the center of the house with a kitchen and a large island through which the parents suite and also serves as a divider between the parents area and the childhood area, thus creating privacy between the two worlds. In addition, the divider divides the public space in half between a living room and a family corner and games through which you can go out on the balcony to enjoy the view and relax.
