A particular effort has been done to demonstrate that quality public facilities can be developed without being onerous. For this purpose, a very-low maintenance building in which exposed concrete is one of
the few finishing items has been projected. The design of its texture, applied in the formwork, avoids the deterioration appearance with time. On the other hand, the patina helps to fix its expression.
Our goal was to develop an easy-reading project with a timeless architecture, mainly accessible and without barriers. A building as an institution, with a friendly urban scale with the context which weaves links between the points of interest existing in the sector to promote a continuity.
