The building chosen to establish the new offices of ABCP Architecture is an old bank built in the 1960’s, located in the Saint-Sauveur district at the intersection of Langelier boulevard and Saint-Joseph street. The location of the building, its architectural qualities and the flexibility offered by its interior space made it appropriate for the implantation of an architecture firm.
The project consists of the entire redevelopment of the interior as well as the integration of ecological principles for the exterior space planning. The conception of all the aspects of the project was established with an intention of environmental durability in order to respond to the requirements of the LEED program, but also in order to create a working environment of enhanced quality. Privileging a quality architecture made the conception process put an emphasis on preserving the site resources, recycling and using sustainable materials.
- Planning of the exterior space : green zones and parking ;
