The 9-story 990 Polk, San Francisco, senior housing and mixed-use facility provides 110 new units for low-income seniors. The building also provides extensive amenities, and a rooftop garden and community space for residents. The ground floor has over 2,800 SF of commercial space, while the residential space covers over 72,000 SF.
