5 Single-Family Homes + Pool in Majadahonda, Madrid
This project features five exclusive single-family homes with private pools and gardens, set on 2,000 m² plots within a discreet, ecologically valuable residential community.
The design respects the existing vegetation, integrating it as an essential part of each home while combining contemporary architecture with a strong connection to the natural surroundings.
The concept is based on lightweight horizontal planes that adapt to the terrain, creating terraces and porches that blur the boundaries between indoor and outdoor spaces.
Expansive windows and strategically placed walls ensure privacy and breathtaking views, while each room has its own outdoor space, evoking the luxury of living in a vacation home year-round.
The hybrid concrete and steel structure allows for spacious, light-filled interiors, complemented by neutral-toned finishes, stone, and wood. Thoughtfully designed lighting enhances textures and creates inviting atmospheres, adding warmth and sophistication.
With BREEAM ES Vivienda certification, the homes are oriented south-southeast to maximize natural light and enhance energy efficiency, achieving a perfect balance between design and sustainability.
