The operation, consisting of two apartment buildings, is located in the Parc des Roselières housing estate in Obernai. Expressing a contemporary architecture marked by its concern for the environment, the project pays particular attention to the good articulation between the landscaped environment of the Parc des Roselières and the hearts of the blocks. An architecture that is both simple and accurate gives a harmonious image to the Parc des Roselières housing estate. The housing units are oriented as much as possible towards the south, in order to offer pleasant stays and balconies. They are served by two entrances in two separate halls.
The volumetry of the buildings is animated by projecting volumes in metal cladding on the south facades. These elements give rhythm to the facade and give an impression of plots. The facade of the south building is differentiated by a metal structure attached to the nose of the slab, which is supported by wood screen panels. These elements allow the balconies to be partially intimidated.
The construction is carried out in simple and natural materials in adequacy with their environment, such as: white or tinted plaster, metal standing seam cladding, natural wood panels, stamped concrete on the bases and peripheral walls.
