The aim of this project was to transform a historic 1928 office building on Fifth Avenue into a significant retail property and a destination office address. The scope of the project included the redesign and reconstruction of the facades on 5th Avenue and 43rd Street, the reconstruction of the building entry and the renovation of the building lobby.
