We restored the largest property in the GFP Real Estate portfolio (formerly Newmark Grubb Knight Frank) that consists of three connected buildings in the Garment District that reflect a range of early-20th century architectural styles. Our project team meticulously analyzed the original construction types and developed appropriate details for each building that stabilized or replaced severely deteriorated building components, such as the decorative terra cotta, copper gutters, parapets, skylights, and balconies.
