The location of the project is at the intersection of one of the busy streets in the southeast of Tehran. The implemented structure was based on the possible capacity of the occupancy level. Due to the location of the project, it seemed that the project should respond to the surrounding urban environment in different directions. For this reason, the project was divided into several boxes, the first box facing the fifth street (the main street), the second box facing the square and the intersection, the third box facing the side street and the opposite commercial street, and the fourth box as the entrance to the complex and the elevator stairs.
Due to the rotation of each of the boxes into an urban passage, interspaces have been created in the volume of the project. These spaces have been used as a place to plant greenery and add size to the project volume.
These boxes in the form of transparent frames provide maximum communication with the inside and outside space. Due to the use of the restaurant, the facade of the project is as clear as possible and considered in connection with the city.
