Concept
The two towers of 475 Yonge sit gracefully on a retail and hotel podium with streets on three sides, creating a green eastern edge that connects the site with an emerging north-south pedestrian network. The towers' visually striking design derives from a rigorous study of the project's context - their curved forms optimally separate the towers while minimizing shadow impacts on surrounding parks and communities.
