4674 Kingston Road sits on a major arterial road; straddling the boundary between the bustling Kingston Road and the neighbouring residential community, challenging the building to respond to both conditions. The side facing Kingston Road takes inspiration from the Scarborough Bluffs and applies a serrated façade patten, creating a dynamic and changing façade that naturally orientates the Kingston Road frontage towards Lake Ontario. As the building changes shape to address the neighbouring community along the west face, the stepped terracing provides a widening buffer between the building and the community.
