Context/Program
Full floor loft in a converted match factory building facing Duane Park in Tribeca.
Coincident with the renovation of the entire building, the intention was to provide the necessary private space while making the public space as generous as possible. The kitchen was tucked behind the elevator allowing for central open space from street to the theatrical folded plaster wall.
