The site is located in Ierapetra, at a point with a stunning view to the sea. The project comprises of two twin residences, located at tha north edge of the site. Each of them is a two storey house with two bedrooms on the second floor. Both of them have access to the common lounge area with the swimming pool. Two seating areas are designed on each side of the pool, one for each house. At the North side of the site, there is placed the parking area. The architectural synthesis is simple with clear volumes that cover the two levels of each residence.
