This 28 unit residential building in the Western Addition Redevelopment area was designed to capture the unique views of the infill site. The project consists of 14 one-bedroom and 14 two-bedroom units as well as approximately 2,168 square feet of common usable open space. Working closely with Feng Shui consultant Sean Xenja, the unit plans combined modern spaces with Ch’i sensitivity (positive Feng Shui energy). The interior courtyards provide serene outlooks for the units not facing the street. The windows are located to frame selected views and bring light in while preserving privacy in this intensely urban location.
