This 22-unit project is located on an infill site on the busy Bush Street in central San Francisco. The 50’ x 125’ site spans between Bush Street and Autin Alley. The design proposes two buildings above two levels of parking with each facing a street and a courtyard in between. The 90’ tall concrete structure contains two story 2 bedroom units. The exterior design attempts to be in scale with its surrounding neighbors, by recalling their verticality and their taller floor to floor heights. The first floor on Bush Street has a commercial space facing the street to support street life. The project features 10% affordable units.
