At the western gateway of Toronto’s Parkdale neighbourhood, 1266 Queen Street West is a 27-storey purpose-built rental landmark.
The project bridges Parkdale’s historic character with Toronto’s contemporary growth, reinterpreting the scale and rhythm of Queen Street while delivering sustainable, high-quality rental housing. Featuring approximately 358 units - from one- to four-bedrooms - layouts emphasize natural light, storage and efficiency. A high, transparent ground floor with retail storefronts enhances the pedestrian realm, complemented by nearly 1,200 square metres of indoor and outdoor amenities, secure bicycle parking, a pet wash and a move-in room. Targeting Toronto Green Standard Version 4, Tier 2 with zero-carbon design, the tower’s podium draws inspiration from local heritage while integrating modern performance, contributing to a vibrant, community-oriented public realm.
