A new office project in the Docklands has been completed. This project faced various challenges, including the COVID-19 pandemic and lockdowns, but with the concerted efforts of everyone, it ultimately came to fruition. It was the impact of the lockdowns that led us to reconsider the design concept, transforming the originally planned central partitioned interior layout into a central dispersal layout. All office spaces, rest areas, public spaces, meeting rooms, and the reception area are interconnected, allowing employees to move more freely within the interior and interact with more people. This aims to reinvigorate a positive work environment in the post-pandemic era. Simultaneously, we have extensively incorporated the use of smart devices in the design, such as motion-sensor lighting that automatically turns off when there is no one in the office, significantly reducing energy consumption, among other innovations.
