Situated in the Lower East Side in close proximity to the Williamsburg Bridge and a triad of neighborhood parks, 100 Norfolk Street brings luxury living to this haven of music, galleries and cultural diversity.
This 12 story, 38-unit residential chiseled glass and truss tower is a study of constrained proportions, and was designed by Eran Chen of ODA New York, who also created the clean and sophisticated interiors. ODA’s deeply personal and refined spaces at, 15 USW, 93 Worth, and 241 5th Ave.— all feature the same sensitivity to the interplay of light and space that are in evidence here.
ODA's history of innovation and versatility of design has provided an always creative and unexpected use of space within the traditional vertical box, and 100 Norfolk is no exception.
Reversed tiers of strategically cantilevered glass form the dramatic façade, allowing for the creation of two enormous green spaces. A 5,000 sq. ft. rooftop and a 2,000 sq. ft. roof deck on a neighboring building will create a rare and treasured oasis of green amid the urban landscape.
The intimate scale of the building counters the expansive floor to ceiling glass, which offers unimpeded views above the 2nd floor for the ultimate in pellucid living. Suffusing light transforms each space as the day turns to night and the city begins to shimmer.
100 Norfolk is the result of another successful partnership with Adam America Real Estate.
