Concept
This project, Urban Regeneration Masterplan, is a 450,000 sqm mixed use development located in Turkey. The development is a mix of commercial, cultural, residential, educational, and healthcare facilities that will enhance and support a growing local community and wider tourist industry.

The wider vision for the development is to generate positive change and economic revitalization by adaptive reuse of the historic fabric of this district that has been largely neglected. The significance of these historic structures is the ideal platform from which to create a catalyst for pedestrian focused urban renewal.
