The redevelopment of the former Hotel Francia (1954), located in Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, right in the centre of Milan, has seen the creation of the “CVE9” office building, a new prestigious, avant-garde and high-level location.
The project, which is particularly sensitive to the issues of sustainability and the environment, focused on the architectural, functional and technological redevelopment of the external and internal façades of all common areas (lobby, internal courtyard and terrace), the reorganisation of the office floors (open-air spaces) and the energy efficiency of the entire building complex, obtaining LEED Gold and Well Silver Certified Building certification.
