Project Controls is a process where projects are proactively managed by utilizing predictive techniques consisting of data collection management and analysis processes. With support from a vetted 20-year historic database, our work as Cost Estimators and Schedulers is a critical part of this analysis process by predicting and constructively effecting the time and cost results of a project as Project Controls Specialists.
