Ziyavudin Magomedov’s PERI Foundation
The PERI Foundation - a private, non-profit foundation for furthering the development of cultural, educational, and social programs in Russia and the world – was created in 2012 at the initiative of Ziyavudin Magomedov, the Chairman of the Summa Group Board of Directors. The primary mission of the PERI Foundation is the furtherance of the formation of a new generation capable of providing for significant growth in the technological competitiveness of the country. The foundation is engaged in the creation of new educational opportunities for capable and enterprising young people, as well as providing access to the latest technology for the widest range of youth possible, and by doing so, assisting them in the realization of the their ideas.
The PERI Foundation already has a number of implemented projects to its credit: the business incubator “PERI Innovations”, reconstruction of the museum of Peter the First’s home in Zaandam (the Netherlands), the exhibit “Treasures of the Royal Courts: Tudors, Stuarts, and the Russian Tsars in the Victoria and Albert Museum (London), creation of the museum complex “Home of Peter the First’s in Derbent”, restoration of the biology wing of the Dagestan Academy of Medicine and other projects.
