The new multi-storey house, bewitching view on Moldavian hills and complete creative freedom - those were the threads to be used to entwine the reality.
The apartment has been built for creative people and therefore information has been presented in a neutral interior.
By the author’s plan there is a minimal amount of furniture presented as it quite often not only “eats up” the space, but also plays the main part. In our case the central role is given to a podium made from the Siberian larch. Numerous niches under it carry out a function of lockers, shelves etc. But not less important is the fact that the raised floor of a podium and the bottom line of a window form one line thanks to what the sight the sitting room-bedroom from any angle is limited only by a horizon line. Thus the life of inhabitants passes on wooden floor, bringing in the Eastern tune into interior.
The kitchen is connected with a sitting room and can be separated from it with a glass door. There is a vast amount of brutality in the interior. The bared tectonics of concrete columns strengthens this sensation even more, as well as stair steps made of a limestone boulder, minimal furniture coated with steel sheets, and absence of decorative finishes.
Authors lighting successfully supports the general concept and deserves special note. Despite their formal distinction, every lighting object has got a steel surface in its design which resonates with the general melody of the concept.
For the given interior the architect has painted some paintings in an unobtrusive concept when the picture imperceptibly participates in creation of a general mood, not becoming a fetish. The essential requirement for a painting in this context is not to be self-sufficing.
And, who knows, maybe this clear and "fair" newly created dwelling will become a prologue to a new life for its inhabitants.
