in São Paulo in 1971 by Jorge Königsberger and Gianfranco Vannucchi, Königsberger

in Brazil, encompassing more than 10.000.000.00 m2.

hospitality, institutional, interior design, leisure / culture / education,
master planning and mixed uses.
Jorge Königsberger
and Gianfranco Vannucchi have articles, interviews, lectures, books and publications
in Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, United States, Portugal, Spain, Italy, Holland, England,
Russia, China, Korea, Vietnam, Japan, among others.
Their
projects have been widely acclaimed by the market, with national and
international awards including three real estate master awards in 1995, 2003
and 2004, and the Fiabci Prix D'excellence for the “world's best mixed use
project” in 2005.
