Onda Arquitectura is an Architectural Design Firm based in Madrid and Las Palmas specialized on environments and objects of desire.
Directed by Javier Haddad and Juan Ramón Landeira, the firm has extensive experience on local and international projects, working with specialized consultants, adapting its team to the requirements of each project.
Our work methodology implements the BIM system, developing projects based on the current regulatory needs and the exhaustive control of the different development phases.
Sensitive to Sustainability and the Environment, we accredit knowledge in the application of necessary criteria in relation to the requirements of the LEED, BREEAM and WELL International Certifications. The experience acquired on these environmental procedures and methodologies allow us to have an approach to the optimization measures of energy demands and consumption from the initial phases of the project.
