Moench's work has received numerous awards, including the "Europe 40under40 Award" for the 40 most promising architects under the age of forty, and twice the "Faith & Form Award", co-sponsored by Interfaith Design, a knowledge community of the American Institute of Architects. His projects have received attention in the architectural press, including print media such as Deutsches Architektenblatt - official organ of the German Chamber of Architects - and online in various media such as Dezeen, ArchDaily, and Wallpaper.
