Current efforts are underway to develop housing cooperatives in Northern California, where democratically controlled dwelling units will be established to provide sustainable housing, community kitchen and living spaces, gardening opportunities, and collective art spaces for members and their guests. We believe in the creative class, where these values and lifestyles will steer the 21st century economy, its technologies and social structures. We are scientists, artists, entrepreneurs, venture capitalists and other self-motivated, creative people, always aiming to improve upon and challenge the traditional structures of the 20th century society. And although technology, government, and management have led us this far, it is more about the people and their dynamic and emergent patterns of relationships that will take us to the next level.
