Daipu Architects, founded by Dai Pu, is an innovation-oriented architecture firm. The firm endeavors to review each project with unique perspective, and redefine the relationship between people, space, and nature. Since the establishment of the firm, we have developed a set of working approaches and practicing strategies. From early stage plan to concept development, from skyscraper to tactility of a handle or a step, all these are included in our thinking system. Each of our projects builds on experimentation and research in the interrelated fields of architecture, engineer, science and art. Collaborations with artists, engineers, and other specialists have advanced the diversity of our practice, and the implementation of state-of-the-art technologies has led to the realization of complex architectural structures. Tree Art Museum, completed in 2012, is an excellent demonstration of our quest for creative space. In the design process of "Anti-domino No. 02 - wood mountain", we reflected on the Domino system and experimented with more prototype-driven solutions as an attempt to renovate the existing building structure. These projects demonstrate our on-going pursuit for innovative architectural imagination.
