CDG International Design Ltd. was established in Victoria, BC, Canada in 2001 with the aim of providing integrated design services for the Chinese market. 20 years after its foundation, CDG today has become a well-known and respected design brand in the Chinese industry, and has been the recipient of various awards and honors in the preceding years.
CDG aims to focus on the symbiosis of city integrity and project openness, taking care to uphold the urban designer responsibility of “buildings that improve the city, helping the city establish perfection in the ordinary”. Over the years, we have created a large number of works in the areas of regional planning, urban transformation, urban renewal, cultural preservation and comprehensive residential areas, commerce, entertainment, office, hotels, etc., all which are spread throughout China and various overseas regions.
CDG International is involved in the investment, development and planning of many projects located in Canada and Australia. An understanding of the different lifestyles, cultures and markets in China and the West enables CDG to become more targeted and forward-looking in its service to Chinese clients. Creating high-quality products and services from an international perspective has always been the core focus of every design work for CDG and the basis for a long-term cooperation with every customer. Over the years, CDG International has formed a long-term partnership with clients including but not limited to Vanke, CFLD, BBMG, Sino-Ocean, Yatai, Longfor, Universe, CICC, and Kang Qiao.
In 2012, CDG International launched its Chinese brand - “Sidi international”. The new Chinese name hopes to have more affinity, establishing a deeper root in the hearts of the people. At present, the organization has branches located in Beijing, Shenzhen, Shenyang, Hangzhou, and Hong Kong. The company currently consists of more than 200 professional designers working in planning, architecture, landscape and other fields.
