ArchitectureWorks, LLP was founded by Richard “Dick” Pigford, FAIA in 1995 and is based in
Birmingham, Alabama. We are dedicated to the craft of our profession and providing excellent service to our clients. We create memorable places by exploring the dialog between architecture, its context, and the people who dwell within. We believe that an inclusive, collaborative design process is essential to the success of each project. As stewards of our environment we value opportunities to implement sustainable design principles with our clients. We continually endeavor to make a positive difference in
the world through our work, ourclient relationships, our commitment to community, and our respect for the natural environment.
ArchitectureWorks has 17 total employees, eleven of whom are licensed architects. We also have six LEED Accredited Professionals, five of whom are partners. Our experience and commitment to the
environment offers our clients an expertise in sustainable decision making, employing both initial cost
and life-cycle analysis in the process.
